Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ADI Massage (adimassage.co.uk). By booking a massage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

1. Services

  • ADI Massage offers tailored, full-body massage therapy sessions specializing in deep tissue techniques. Services are provided solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes and do not replace medical treatments.

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session. Parental or guardian consent is required for clients aged 16–17.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are permitted once without a fee, but repeated late cancellations will incur the full session charge. No-shows are also subject to the full charge.

  • Booking Confirmations: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email. Please double-check all details and notify us promptly if any changes are required.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Google Pay, Debit/Credit Card, and Cash. Clients can choose to pay online at the time of booking or in person during the session.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not issued after the service is completed, except in specific cases at the discretion of ADI Massage. For any concerns, clients are encouraged to contact us to discuss their experience.

  • Additional Fees: If the client’s location is more than 30 minutes away (driving), an additional £35 travel fee applies.

4. Health & Safety

  • Health Conditions: Clients must not book a session if they have contagious illnesses, including colds or respiratory infections. If you’re feeling unwell, please wait until you’re fully recovered before booking.

  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or recent injuries. ADI Massage will not be liable for any issues that arise due to undisclosed health information.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: All client information, including intake forms and personal health details, is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties.

  • Data Protection: ADI Massage adheres to data protection regulations to ensure the safety of all personal information collected during the booking process.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Service Limitations: ADI Massage strives to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction. However, massage results vary based on individual needs and conditions. ADI Massage does not guarantee specific outcomes or relief from symptoms.

  • Liability: ADI Massage is not liable for any adverse effects or injury resulting from undisclosed health conditions. Clients are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before booking if they have any health concerns.

7. Client Space Requirements

  • For a smooth experience, clients must provide sufficient space for a massage table and room for the therapist to move freely around it.

  • Cleanliness is essential for a comfortable session. If the client space does not meet these standards, the session may be rescheduled at ADI Massage's discretion.
